Although they didn't carry my tube size in stock, the team went above and beyond to help me out to ensure I could get back on the road for weekend ride. Even though it was late in the day, they immediately worked on replacing my tube when I handed it to them. They didn't rush the job and ensured everything was properly installed and checked.

After bringing my Bianchi back for its first service, they noted some specific areas where my heavy sweating is accumulating & corroding the bike parts, and gave me great tips to clean those areas to prolong the life of said parts and my bike. They have also done some small odd jobs for my bikes.
